The box wine or bag-in-box format keeps the wine at optimal conditions. The wine is completely protected and is not exposed to sunlight, preventing its oxidisation. Furthermore, the tap system ensures that the packaging remains perfectly sealed and the bag contracts as the wine is used, which prevents it coming into contact with oxygen. This ensures that the wine is kept at optimal conditions for several weeks after being opened, keeping the same colour, clarity, aromas and flavours.
