Organoleptic characteristics:
Appearance: Straw-yellow colour, clean and vibrant.
Aroma: Subtle hint of vanilla mixed with varietal notes.
Taste: Resinous and elegant, with a structured and long finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-selected harvesting, partial settling of the Godello must flower,
alcohol fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 20ºC.
Decanting into new, American oak barrels and continuous fermentation
for 3 months with a weekly lees stir.
Pairing suggestions:
A white wine ideal for slightly cooked meats, roasted dishes, fish and seafood.
Ideal temperature: 9-12ºC
